Pacific Symphony Youth Ensembles embarked on its first tour when Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra visited Bulgaria in 2011.  It spanned ten days and included performances in the the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, and Varna.  Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra also engaged in a successful tour to China in July of 2016. The same year, Pacific Symphony Santiago Strings had the opportunity to participate in the 2016 ASTA National Orchestra Festival, traveling to Florida. A year later in July of 2017, Pacific Symphony Youth Wind Ensemble enjoyed a ten-day tour to Salzburg and Vienna, participating in the Summa Cum Laude International Youth Music Festival and were awarded 1st place in the Symphonic Band category. In the summer of 2018, Pacific Symphony Santiago Strings embarked on a six-day tour to Costa Rica, and in 2023, Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra toured Prague and Vienna. Most recently, Pacific Symphony Youth Wind Ensemble embarked on an eight-day tour to Costa Rica, culminating in a sold out performance at the magnificent Teatro Nacional, and Pacific Symphony Santiago Strings were named Grand Champions at the 2026 ASTA National Orchestra Festival in San Francisco, CA.
